Google Bad Review 1: Bad experience with this company. Called up as needed urgent care for my mother and wanted to see the options. Was called back by a rude woman who tried to browbeat me into going with one of their options. She didn't listen to me about what I wanted for my mother at all. Will not be using them, if they can't deal with me professionally and fairly in the first instance, it is not a good reflection on the service they will provide for someone who is vulnerable.
