Google Bad Review 1: I wish I had read the earlier review before booking an appointment. I booked an appointment, money was taken directly from my account, and then I was sent an email explaining my appointment was cancelled, with no mention of when/if I would be reimbursed. Very Unprofessional and upsetting in these Covid-19 times.

Google Bad Review (2): I booked a session of microdermabrasion after getting thorough information on the procedure and side effects. My skin is acne prone so I was hoping to get minimised pores and get rid of dark spots and blemishes. I was told it's the perfect treatment for it. Just after the first session my skin reacted bad, I got severe breakouts (probably normal), scaly skin, rashes burns and hyperpigmentation. I book a second session because I was recommended 4 treatments. After the second treatment it got even worse. The symptoms got more severe. Needless to say, I did not get a refund (not even a fraction of it) nor received a cooling treatment or a mask that would help me atleast be able to leave the house looking like the way I did. Rather, I was asked to get further treatment because the symptoms are apparently “very normal” after microdermabrasion. Since then I ended up spending so much on seeing private dermatologist, getting anti allergy, getting a soothing treatment for the skin burns and hyperpigmentation and purchasing of intense acne treatment products for the terrible breakouts. Please avoid getting microdermabrasion from them. They don't take responsibility for anything that may go wrong with your skin.
