Google Bad Review 1: Pre-booked an appointment, was gonna be late due to train delays tried to call…no answer. Got there 15 min late everything is shut, no one is picking up even though everywhere says that it is currently open. It's a shame because the pictures looked genuinely good.

Google Bad Review (2): Came here a few days ago and was not very clean. dust everywhere and not paying attention to detail. rushing the job. i also rang the phone a few times and no one picked up so i had to come in. the pedicure areas were not very sanitary too. overall not a good experience at all.
