Google Bad Review 1: Unfortunately the whole experience was a disappointment from the start. We arrived at 10:30am when it says it opens on Google but turns out the shop wasn't open until 11am so we sat there whilst the staff set up the displays and turned the lights on etc, which wasn't the best impression from the off. We weren't offered a drink of any kind and our Consultant didn't really make much effort with small talk or getting to know us at all. We were disappointed with the number/ selection of rings available and there wasn't enough choice of diamonds to see for me to really compare and make a decision. I know the jewellery is spread out across numerous stores but this resulted in quite a lot of sitting around and waiting to see the stock. When the rings arrived they were just put on the table loose in front of us, no jewellery holder to put them in which just added to the unprofessional feel of the set up. As we didn't find what we hoped for, we asked for our Consultant to WhatsApp us several quotes but 4 days later we have heard nothing at all which is really surprising and even more disappointing. It was such a shame when we were so excited about the appointment all week, it ended up being a very underwhelming experience. We came away feeling quite deflated and it just didn't feel remotely special. We saw Heera had really good reviews on Google but unfortunately we haven't had a great experience or excellent service at all. We asked about flexibility on the price but was told there was absolutely none, then when we mentioned we had an appointment with another diamond specialist, the consultant was very quick to tell us she could beat their prices and encouraged us to go back to her but seeing as we still haven't had any follow up contact with the original quotes we asked for, we certainly won't be doing that. Having now gone to the other competitor we received a much more professional, through, in depth service and the whole appointment was very consultative and didn't feel like they wanted to make a sale and get as much as possible out of us. We've bought with 77 Diamonds which we were very impressed with and would definitely recommend.

Google Bad Review (2): I don’t often give reviews but I feel compelled to review our experience of this company as it was so awful, particularly given their prestigious location. Avoid this company, not worthy of the Hatton Garden prestige. Awful service; we bought our engagement rings from here a couple years ago. We brought them back to be polished and engraved ahead of our wedding as they will be used as our wedding rings. A catalogue of errors saw the inscriptions unreadable (the local shoe menders would have done a better job), the yellow gold bands had disappeared (the main feature of the rings), one of the rings returned without a hallmark (what jeweller does this?!). Even now there are scratches on the ring and the inscription feels very rough, but I daren’t give them back for fear of what else they might do to them. The two most important pieces of our wedding which they ruined! Will never go back or recommend.
