Google Bad Review 1: I went for an appointment in the evening on a Thursday, as my right ear had recently had an ear infection and was blocked for a week. Following the 5 star reviews on here, i thought I couldn't go wrong. Went in and had a 10-15 minute microsuction treatment. My right ear felt slightly cleared up but not completely unblocked, and I said so, but the doctor/nurse who treated me said my ear was still slightly red and inflamed. So he came to the conclusion that my hearing was still slightly muffled because of that. I figured he was the expert, so I paid and went home. Right ear became completely blocked again the next morning. 2 days later I'm trying to use Earex Advance drops again as a last ditch desperate attempt to clear my ears – a large clot of earwax came out. My right ear is now unblocked. £80 wasted. Don't know how the nurse/doctor could have missed it – I'm thinking he didn't actually have equipment to look at the inside of my ear as I wasn't shown any videos/pictures of what was going on in my ear (as I've had in all my previous microsuction appointments at other clinics). Quite disappointed that I was left in discomfort after I specifically went and paid so much money to get my ears sorted, and I ended up sorting it out myself.

Google Bad Review (2): Had a very painful experience of wax clearance. Have been having ears syringed and Microsucked cleared over last 15 years or so but never had such a bad experience. Despite advising Alex several times during wax clearance that it is very painful he kept causing more and more pain. Never been more scared to have my ears cleaned.
