Google Bad Review: I don’t recommend working for this company. They arbitrarily change the time of your shift despite having discussed your availability with you beforehand, and then become irritated/huffy when you can’t work the times you specifically said you couldn’t work from the start (apparently the time adjustments were due to COVID – how?). The tone of their communication is childish and unprofessional, begging you ‘not to ignore them’ when you’re unable to take their calls and sending group emails about client complaints that are clearly only intended for a few certain individuals. But the most irritating thing is that when I asked to be removed from their books, I continue to receive 10-15 emails a day.
