Google Bad Review 1: I was recommended to try out this dental practice by a close friend of mine and decided to book the usual appointment,, following my recent disappointments with many dental practices as many of us are.
After I paid out £130 for a consultation with Dr Lucas I was then advised to see their new intern who would provide laser treatment to increase a small percentage to my gums primarily to establish a more firmer support for a slightly loose tooth in the front.
I again had to book a further appointment and again to pay our a further consultation fee of £130 and more.
I did pay this extra consultation fee and was told that the procedure to enhance the gum by a mere micro percentage would cost me clost to a £1000.I was never contacted again after these two consultations and I had rang the dental practice on 2 separate occasions asking them why ive not been contacted also why i was charged these extortionate consultation fees when for all practical purposes one fee would really have sufficed by the main dental surgeon Dr Lucas.
I am very disappointed with their endeavours to rip genuine people who really need good honest dental practices,yet this particular practice fails on all levels.
I would not recommend this dental practice as they are only their to extort you out of your hard earned money.
Disgusting behaviour by the entire staff.
