Google Bad Review: Paul came around promptly and identified the problem (leak) I give him that. But after that, he offered to return to install the affected pipe as part of the £95 call out charge. Did he return. No. And he didnt return calls or messages. Another plumber happy to take money and not provide a real service. Good plumbers = Hens teeth it seems.
