Google Bad Review 1: I took my watch here for a new battery and was told it needed a new motion which would cost around £80. I asked for it back to go elsewhere to compare price and it took 2 weeks to retrieve as they couldn't get hold of the guy in the shop. They also didn't confirm they still had it despite being asked several times to call me and say when they had found it! Lukily I had asked for a receipt when I dropped it off.
When I got it back I took it to a different place (not central London) and in 2 minutes I had a new battery and the watch is fine.

Google Bad Review (2): Took a ladies Rolex watch 2015 into them for glass repair an service, told me they would put original glass in. After receiving it back watch stopped working, sent into Rolex they advised damage was done an fake glass was put in. Contacted Harry's watches asked them what they did, confirmed glass was purchased from eBay rather than a legitimate Rolex parts provider. HIGHLY AVOID! started legal proceedings for damages.
