Google Bad Review 1: I'm a bit bemused really. I chose this salon for my daughter, because of it's rave reviews. She has just turned 16, not at all confident and has just been through a traumatic time. She wanted a cut and colour for the first time. She wanted something a bit different. It was to be a treat for her. It was the opposite. Adrian was not helpful in the least. He looked at the images that my daughter had been inspired by, ripped them apart and made her feel stupid and ridiculous. He didn't bother to offer any alternative ideas, or even actually, to talk to her really. He made her feel so bad that she cried. He just stood there, oozing passive aggression and just shrugged when I decided to leave. No way was he going to do her hair. Thank god I didn't pay on line in advance, as I'd meant to. Enough that I'd wasted £10 on parking and more on train tickets. I'd just wanted to give my beautiful girl a well-deserved treat.
