Google Bad Review 1: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! THE WORST AGGRESIVE SERVICE EVER!!!! AVOID!!!
I purchased a Jerk Chicken Patty from here and found it quite salty, I complained to the employee working in the Covent Garden branch who was a little stumped. She called her boss for instruction and the lady asked me to leave my email address and bank details promising a refund as i returned the food uneaten due to the saltiness of it. A week passed and i had heard nothing from her, i was in the area again and visited the store again and the owner absolutely obliterated me shouting at me in the middle of the store, made me cry and said that i was a liar. She accused me of LYING about the saltiness of the food and she only asked me to leave my details so i would leave the store – THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!
