Google Bad Review: Very poor service at an inventory check out in Richmond on Saturday 8th June 2018. The check-out inventory report is dramatically different to the check-in report, in both the length of time it took to conduct and in the way this report has been quality controlled and conducted.
There is a large discrepancy in the time the check-out was conducted in; over 1 hour and 45 minutes, whereas the check-in only took 45 minutes.
This variable is clearly not contemporaneous and as a result, did not follow the same format as the check-in report and as such, in part, has led to several both minor and major omissions throughout the original check-in report being presented as a new phenomenon in the check-out report.
The inventory clerk and accompanying x 2 trainees on the day itself were 1 hour and 10 minutes delayed to the appointment which was scheduled for 11.30am (the clerk attended at 12.40pm) and kept us waiting and this lateness without even a phone call to explain or apologise for the inconvenience caused was disrespectful and unprofessional.
There are material discrepancies in the check-out inventory report in comparison to the check-in report and also several comments which demonstrates a lack of care and ethical standard from a company which is supposed to offer expertise and impartiality.
The Inventory Clerk on the day of the check-out had confirmed that the overall condition of the property was in a good condition and did not flag any faults or need for deductions. However, several elements of the check-out report is contradictory to what was verbally stated on the day.
The final report is littered with inaccuracies and errors. The fact that there are several discrepancies and inaccuracies in the format of and quality control of the check-in and check-out reporting process has, as a result, led to inaccurate and inconsistent reporting of the specifics of the property which has unfairly misrepresented the true condition of the property as at check-in and check-out.
It is not right for individual employees acting as inventory clerks to act in such an unprofessional and unethical way, and perhaps this is something the company makes a habit of doing. And if that is the case, this is most concerning.
The training and development of the company clearly needs attention. Unacceptable and very disappointing and negligent conduct. Will be complaining to the two accreditation bodies to whom Greenkite state they belong – the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) and the Association of Professional Inventory Providers (APIP).
