Lauren the worker misguiding customers and then disappearing

This being a charity its so disappointing that i have been mislead, had my time wasted, wasted time and fuel costs including Ulez to have my time wasted by the employee Names Lauren. Which made me travel 40mins to make a purchase on a agreed date, reservation although it was out of working hours however commitment was made, i kept my word but lauren didn't. Instead decided her social life over helping charity gain profit.

Absolute time wasters

Overall very disappointing to say and go through this experience. Very shameful and dishonest

Embarrassment for charity industry
