Google Bad Review 1: Be careful, Grange Management allow the smoking of strong cannabis in their apartment properties despite it being reported and appeals for them to investigate. They don't seem interested in helping other tenants/owners that don't smoke it but have to live in a reeking cloud of the stuff. I won't contact them again, it's a waste of my time, so please don't ask in a reply thanks.

Google Bad Review (2): Grange property management have the very best ground floor staff those who day in and day out are the people who help and assist the customers they really are exceptional , and I’m assuming these are the people who are being commented on in reviews unfortunately they are very rarely backed up by management.
Grange management problems occur when some of the people who are paid high salaries to manage the services that Grange provide get involved in issues that can be so easily resolved are then blown out of all proportion causing staff and customers a great deal of distress.
I believe that some of properties that Grange manage are contracted from the Freeholder which are built or owned by the parent company.
My experience of most of senior grange management is a culture of bullying ,harassment and a failure to deal with problems from both customers and ground floor staff.
I can only tell you my experience and it doesn’t matter if you are a customer or a member of staff you have a right to be heard and to be treated with Dignity and Respect .
