Google Bad Review 1: I am hiding my full name as we are now being threatened by GDB to take down our bad reviews! All READ THIS, we have had an absolutely devastating experience with GDB, losing a lot of money and time and after all their wrongdoing – they simply did not conduct structural calculations and tried to hide it from us! – they are now threatening us to take down reviews!
I am not only afraid of how Amol from GDB behaves, it only adds to the stress we currently have as we had to redo an entire floor at our own expense, despite the Building regulator telling GDB many months ago that structural calculations must be conducted.
With all that happened, I wouldn't trust this company with any kind of work – neither small or big – they are very very sneaky and will use any psychological pressure to get money from you.

Google Good Review: We used GDB in 2021 for a kitchen extension on our Victorian terrace house. We are very happy with the end result. Adrian and his team were our builders and they did an excellent job. The team worked extremely hard through Covid restrictions, supply shortages and bad weather, and finished the job in good time. Despite some initial communication issues with the original project manager, after GDB brought Hadi onto the project, everything was much smoother and even an enjoyable experience. I would recommend GBD based on the experience we had with them and we would use them again for future builds.
