Google Bad Review 1: had a great first impression with Malgosia who helped us choose our dream wedding bands. we wanted the rings in rose gold which has to be checked in with their suppliers and was told by Malgosia she will get the manager to deal with us in her absense and he will call us on Monday to get started. By 2pm Monday I had to call in and the manager had no idea what I was enquiring on and where Malgosia had left our notes. He insisted he could help and call the suppliers and get back to me. When he did he told me it will take 3 – 5 days to hear back from head office when they have heard from their supplier. so I called HO myself and placed an enquiry though who informed me they will call me by the end of the day. To my surprise I had to call, Wednesday (i was insisted that i would get a call back at the end of the day – obviously i didnt) and now Today (Thursday) and was told my helper was out of the office and didn't put my enquiry through. I am thoroughly disappointed in the service that I have been provided from HO and in branch and would not recommend them to anyone as if they cannot handle a thousand pound transaction then imagine if it was more.
