Google Bad Review 1: Very cold and lack empathy, not a place that cares about treating people just charge you for lateness even if you are in pain but they don't care to ask. I will not continue treatment with these but will search patiently for a dentist that is not familiar with ill treating their customers.

Google Bad Review (2): I don't know where to start here, firstly I'm not the type of person to leave a review, in fact I think this is the first time I have felt I need to write a review for something, the experience I have had with these people was like no other, me and my wife were treated like dirt, please read on…
I booked my wife an urgent appointment as she was experiencing excruciating tooth pains, I was at work so I had my father drop her off and take our 10 month old baby back with him while she was being treated as the treatment was going to take some time, my father lives a distance away so keep this in mind. after doing their checks they quoted £460 for the work on the day (which is fine), and the told my wife to pay upfront, she did not have her card at hand and asked them to take payment when my father picks her up (bear in mind this is not the first time we've been to this practice), they said there is absolutely no way, she called me in tears from the agony of the tooth pain and the attitude of the Dr and reception staff, I spoke to them on the phone, I asked if they can accept an online bank transfer, they said no, I asked if I can pay over the phone, not possible, so I had to leave work and head over to the dentist while my wife is waiting there in pain as otherwise she was being turned away. obviously I was not happy about the situation and my tone of voice clearly showed this on arrival, the receptionist declined to deal with me and soon the Dr and the nurse joined in to tell me that my attitude was unacceptable, the last thing I needed there is for this bunch to lecture me so I said you know what, please just take the payment and let me be on my way, my wife is in agony and I don't have time for this, to which the Dr replied, no, I will not treat her until you listen.. really??? after all that you want to sit there and lecture me? I have never had to pay any dentist/mechanic/restaurant/barber up front ever! the staff have shown clear signs of discrimination, I actually had to apologize for them to agree to treat my wife! after they treated us like dirt! if I had any other option I would have taken it but seeing my wife there is tears I just had to suck it up and say I'm sorry, they finally took my payment and I left, my wife described the events thereafter, and I just couldn't believe it, the nurse was deliberately being unpleasant with the equipment during surgery, at one point the Dr had to give her a sign to stop it during surgery, after it was all done the receptionist and nurse were having a good laugh about the situation as my wife was exiting the premises, since then my wife has been on antibiotics (Normal procedure) but even with this she has clear signs of infection including fever and palpitations (she is a heart patient), needless to say we are never going back there again, but would just like to warn anyone else thinking of joining this practice.
