Google Bad Review 1: Would give zero stars if possible. My experience has been horrible and frustrating to say the least. Been calling at 8 everyday for the last 4-5 weeks, I wait 30-40 minutes for them to just cut the line on me. The receptionists are inhumane, show no remorse or any emotions when talking about my mother's pain! Why work in the healthcare field if you do not care about your patients and their health?

Google Bad Review (2): This is the worst doctors surgery. The receptionist didn't check me in properly so I ended up waiting for ages for my appointment, they called me previously about an appointment for my son and cancelled it but said they rebooked and when the day came it wasn't in the diary. It's absolutely appalling.
And now I've had blood test but the doctor said no further action but when I spoke spoke them a month later and they checked they said something was picked up on the results so I repeated the bloods and same thing, no further action but I cant get an appointment for 7 weeks before I can discuss it with them.
They said call at 8am but the line disconnects!! I can't even get through and by 8.20 am it's gone.
I wish there was another doctors surgery I could go to.
