Google Bad Review 1: Shambles of a firm. If only as much effort went into walking the walk as they make talking the talk.
Judging from the website, you'd expect a professional and thorough service given Catherine Gannon being “extremely choosy about the solicitors who work at Gannons”.
Instead, after submitting an enquiry, you get a toney lady on the phone asking you what your business turnover is. Then you eventually get an email from a solicitor trying to arrange a phone call for the “afternoon”. I suggested a specific time but never heard back from the solicitor and then he calls 3 hours after my suggested time. We rescheduled but he somehow didn't make it to this morning's 10am phone call.
You'd be much better off choosing a firm who can actually deliver.
