Google Bad Review 1: I visited Forever Bridal this morning to buy a veil to match my wedding dress which I bought from a different store. When I arrived the owner made me open up the packaging to show her the dress without hanging it up or treating it carefully – she pulled it out whilst I was trying to hold it standing in the middle of the shop. She was pulling it the wrong way up, almost ripping the very delicate lace straps which were pinned to the hanger, and I had to raise my voice on the third time of asking to get her to stop.
Eventually she hung it up and told me to put it on, offering zero help. It’s not easy to try on a dress like this on your own! When I started trying the veils she didn’t put them in my hair properly and didn’t fluff them out over my dress so I couldn’t even see how they should look. It was a waste of time.
When I was packing away my wedding dress (not easy considering the massive train!) again she just watched me and did not help.
I was disappointed by the service I received – even though I didn’t buy my dress here I still expected to be treated like a bride and for my dress to be handled carefully like the expensive, and very precious, item it is. She and the other lady in the shop didn’t make a single comment about me looking nice in the dress – the most important one I’ll ever wear, and which only my bridesmaids have seen me in – which made me feel terrible. I was very upset by the whole experience.

Google Bad Review (2): We booked this place for my best friend who is the bride. The ladies at this bridal store made my friend feel awful about herself and insecure about her body shape when trying on dress. Bacuse the dresses were that small! Before giving a bride an appointment they should ask what size the bride is. A bridal store that only stocks size small, means only one thing to me! Fat shaming brides is cruel and mean! Telling brides on the day their dresses won't fit them! I don't understand why they didnt have standard size M/L dresses to fit all types of women. They didn't dress my friend but handed over the dress to her and told her to put it on herself!!! They did help her lift the trail from what so ever to stand on the bridal step to look at herself in the Mirror. We had to do that!!!
End of the day ladies I realise they stock the same designs as other places, so save your self the crul feeling they leave you with and book other bridal stores! P.S the only place I knew that dudnt serve a glass of ANYTHING!
