Google Bad Review 1: I changed my review from five to one star because today I went to buy a DVD and the service was really bad. I just go there because I don't want to give my money to amazon if I can avoid it but the experience today was simply bad. I found the dvd I was looking for but when I went to pay I said hello to the man in the till and he simply ignored me, I said hello again and he didn't even look at me. I had to ask him if he knew how to say hello, then he finally looked at me and said that he knew how to. Of course he didn't say hello.
I don't want any free perks from this complaint but I'm writing this as an honest feed back. That type of customer service is sinking the high st.
