Google Bad Review 1: VERYYYYY BAD SHOPPP !!!!!!! I NEVER WANT TO GO THERE AGAIN EVER. I BOUGHT COAT YESTERDAY BUT IT WAS DAMAGE AND I NEVER NOTICED. TODAY I WENT THERE TO EXCHANGE IT OR REFUND. THE TAG WAS STILL THERE. BUT THE LADY WAS SOOO RUDE TO ME NO IDEA WHY. SHE WAS JUST RACIST TO ME. AND IN VERY BAD TONE SHE SAID . SHE IS NOT GOING TO REFUND AND EXCHANGE. I WOULD HAVE UNDERSTAND IF SHE WAS NOT RACIST TOWARDS ME.

Google Bad Review (2): I’m a resident in Greenwich and frequent the Trafalgar Road store weekly Over the past 3 months the store has changed so much and for the best Is absolutely divine. However this store Blackfen needs a lot of TLC. Not what I expected.

Google Good Review: Great charity shop, for a really worthwhile cause. It's quite a good size and is basically split in two. Go in and head right and there's a good selection of furniture on offer. Head the other way and there's lots of home ware stuff, including brand new things as well. All the usual second-hand stuff can be bought here too – clothes, shoes, dvd's and cd's, and a few more bits besides. Staff are friendly and helpful too, so worth a visit even if you just want a quick browse around.
