Google Bad Review 1: Trip cancelled due to COVID-19 and Fleetway are refusing to refund us for our cancelled trip, they are pushing customers to accept their refund credit note instead. Their standard line is every other travel agent is doing this, well I have news for you Fleetway they aren’t! Please look at Hayes, Jet 2, EasyJet, British Airways they are refunding their customers and are not being rude or obstructive when doing so, maybe you could follow their example?!!!! Response emails from Fleetway are full of waffle and never address your query of when you can expect a refund from them, I will be taking legal action against them to recover my money. Something I shouldn’t have to do under UK law, would never use this company again.

Google Bad Review (2): Not well organized .Had to walk from airport to coach and then had to wait around for correct coach.
No organisation at the ferry port herded on board like cattle.
Arrive at hotel after travelling from over 12 hours to having to listen to information about trips,surely this could of waited until the following day.
No information regarding trips or return flights displayed in hotel.
