Google Bad Review 1: *WARNING* complete charlatans – Do not use this salon! They made me bleed; painted over my nails onto my skin; they had no idea what they were doing- the worst experience ever. This salon doesn’t even deserve the one star!

Google Bad Review (2): Very arrogant, rude and discourteous staff. I visited this salon few days back for manicure- pedicure to groom myself for the big day. Was busy watching a show on my phone while getting hands n feet done however when interrupted to make a conversation by the manicurist, to be courteous with her I too started chatting.
She asked me questions about my background and what am I doing in London. I told her I am on sabbatical and I am working as a bureaucrat in India. So I too asked whether she belongs to Africa or some other place, to which she got irritated and she told me that she is from West Indies. I stopped having conversation as it was taking an ugly turn.
Then they both started talking to each other and when I told pedicurist (Asian women) that please be gentle as the strokes are hurting me. She started yelling at me YOU TELLING ME HOW TO DO MY JOB. To which I politely replied that I have to definitely tell you if I am feeling uncomfortable. By then she had already made up her mind to make me feel out of place. The Asian lady started yelling at me, and stopped doing my feets in the middle of pedicure and told me to pay 10 pounds for the services done till then and threatened me with Cops if I didn’t pay. I paid her because I didn’t want someone to shatter my peace of mind. She literally pushed my arm while giving me the balance amount when I paid her £20. It should have been me calling the cops for this illicit behaviour.
The other West Indies girl too joined her and they started abusing me for God knows what and even told me that I am Racist only because I asked if she is from Africa. I feel she herself look down upon Africans as she did not like to be tagged as African in any manner. Just to clarify here that I have lot of Africans as my friends and I really find them nice and cool people and that’s why they are my friends. I am not a person who would make friends keeping in mind nationalities otherwise I would not have come to London in the first place as international student. This is really unfortunate that these people do not even know the meaning of this strong word RACISM and use it so callously and take away peace of mind of others.
All this worked for them to spoil my day without no fault of mine. I have been to many places in the world but this is the first time I am carrying bad memories of a salon. Though the owner lady Josie called me to apologise which was well taken but I really felt the need to share my experience with everyone as the conduct of these two staff was totally unjustified.
Would never recommend for Walk-ins but may be when the owner herself is present because I am sure then these ladies would be showing their made up smiling faces and would be in their limits to behave well.
