Google Bad Review 1: I purchased Galaxy Ultra 22 in Apr in Harrods. It's been a painful process until today. I was informed certain promotions later to be told sorry it's been expired. Phone took 1 month to be delivered after being informed it would take a week longest. Trade in link didn't work because IMEI wasn't registered and shop stopped answering my enquiries. I had to jump loads of hoops to get it registered at Samsung. Now only to find out Disney 12month subscription is in fact 6 months. Feel like completely mis-sold and the entire journey has been painful! I'd probably be going Google Pixel next! Not just paying to them, I also had to so much work and put so much of my time!
Oh and their chat support just disappears on you after being in the queue ages!
