Google Bad Review: For the past week I've been trying to sort out an issue but each time I call I'm left on hold for over 10mins each time and each time I would be told I'm caller number one so why exactly am I having to wait for so long?
When I do eventually get through to a person the receptionist would have an attitude and just be generally rude and dismissive of anything I say.
