Google Bad Review: The worst surgery (W6)I have ever seen .receptionists are terrible .when I complained about receptionist to manger ,he said she is young .if she is young and you think that is why she can't do her job properly then why you employed her and why you didn't train her properly before .
Two receptionist In the surgery which
Hang up phone or put you on hold for onr hour and playing with patient .
I asked them to tell to manager to contact me and they didn't do it .even they didn't give me manager name to speak
I had to change my surgery although it took long time for me to register with another surgery while I really need to see gp.
I really suggest them to send their receptionist AND manger to to North end road medical centre to learn what means working with contious AND properly .there are alot this surgery need to change .
