Google Bad Review: Simon and his team pushed the prospective tenants in a bidding war. The selection process from the first call to arrange a viewing until the final decision was intentionally opaque. Our offer which was higher than the asking price with excellent references and 6 months upfront payment was rejected with no justification other than the landlord chose higher offer. Simon informed us that the landlord was a friend of him. Findlay is clearly amazing agency if you are a landlord. Simon asked me to not publish the feedback online but I felt I needed to as all my comments to him and his team were not addressed. [Note: the viewing was in September 2018 but I am only writing this review today as I had personal priorities]
