Google Bad Review: They contacted me for a development with 2-beds. When I asked them for a viewing, they said they only worked Monday to Friday from 9 to 16pm. No exceptions at all. My partner and I then went to request a morning off from work and we're at 9am at the property. We had a confirmation email with the person, the address and the date after 3 calls with Thalia. No one showed up so 10 minutes later we called the associate and she said the appointment was for the following Friday. When we clarified that we had a confirmation email and that it was her error, she just said she was not available and that we could wait. I had to ask for how long would the waiting be and she said around 40 minutes. If I cannot even trust you to organise appointments in a calendar, much less to buy a flat from you. Complete waste of our time and they never even sent an apology or contacted us afterwards.
