Google Bad Review: Please AVOID this service if you want peace of mind. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel I should warn others.These people made my house moving an authentic nightmare. I booked an end of tenancy cleaning 2 months in advance of my moving to ensure the cleaning would be done two days before I had to hand in the keys of my old flat. I asked the day off at work for that. On the evening before ( a Sunday) Fantastic services called me saying that nobody will be able to go on Monday and they could only rebook it to the next day (Tuesday) at 8am. I changed all my life to be able to be at the flat on Tuesday for them to say they were delayed by 1h.. then another hour and another.. by 11.30am I called the cleaner (automatic service through my account). She told me she was at my door. I went downstairs nobody but nobody was around.. I was called one hour later to say the cleaner will never come. So whoever said that was at my door was lying. Because of this I had issues at work, with my landlady and had to rebook the cleaning using another company. These people have no respect for you, or your plans. I honestly don’t understand the good reviews. (Update: I was contacted by a kind lady which apologise for this situation and gave me a compensation for my trouble. This doesn’t erase the situation but hopefully avoids for future clients. Time will tell).
