Google Bad Review:  A terrible terrible experience. NONE of the cleaners speak english and despite ringing to change to an english speaking cleaner (so we could leave a list of the jobs we would like to be carried out), we were provided with three separate individuals who were perfectly pleasant but could not speak a word of the language, having been promised by the agency that they could.

Secondly, the last cleaner provided to us by the agency threw away a Christmas present that was clearly in a Zara bag (along with its receipt). She claimed it looked like rubbish, something I found hard to believe as the brand new bag was laden with clothes, price tags and receipts. Upon informing the agency, they obviously wanted nothing to do with it and said there wasn't anything they could do.

Basically, don't bother using this agency.

Google Bad Review:  BEWARE TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! Used them when I was moving into the flat I bought, they were useless with the cleaning. I felt a rip off, we dint have a choice. I contacted Jay and sent him the photos of the toilets, oven and refrigerator which I paid extra money for. They said they'll send the cleaners but never did they send the cleaners and never refunded my money after asking them repeatedly!!!!
