Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely atrocious service. I needed a car with a foldaway table and the guy I spoke to (Glen) said they had many cars with this feature despite it being a specific requirement, a few hours later I called back to book and pay and he said that I hadn't asked for that, despite mentioning it was very important several times during our initial conversation. I have now already quoted our client and all he suggested was to go to their sister company and try there. I'm not sure what he was doing while I was talking during our first conversation but clearly it wasn't listening.
