Google Bad Review 1:  As a result of the work done by Weather Tight Systems Ltd i now have water penetration in my bathroom and kitchen as the down pipe work that was carried out is a complete failure. All Andrew could say was i did the work you asked me to do and i can't come for 2 -3 months to look at it ! please don't use this company. oh and im sure as per his previous complaints Andrew will right some ridiculous response. im now trying to fine a professional to do the work !!!

Google Bad Review (2):  I asked Weathertight System, Chislehurst Business Centre, 1 Bromley Lane, Chislehurst, Kent, BR7 6LH, to replace my flat roof in Jan 2015. The job was done in 2 days at a cost of 4550 pounds. I, as a non professional, was told only after the completion of the job that the roof was uneven and will be ponds of water on it after rain. I was very unhappy then as definitely I have the full right to be told about the roof condition BEFORE the job was done. Andrew, who is from Weathertight Systems, ensured me then that they were ready to help if the pond situation was to get worse. I was too nice to let them go then.

3 years later, the situation is clearly getting a lot worse with the ponds getting bigger and not drying off for the whole winters. It clearly impacts my daily life as water keeps splitting over the roof due to birds' activity.

I contacted the contractor and now they refused to speak to me and claim this is not their responsibility as there is no leakage.

This is the typical kind of supplier who will shut you off and give you cold face immediately after the job is done. They are lack of proffesionalism and dont have a heart to help customers afterwards.

Do avoid them by all means.
