Google Bad Review 1: Very disappointing! After my purchase with Ernest Jones which was for my wedding, I went to a diamond SPECIALIST and was told I basically got ripped off! LET ME TELL YOU WHY … firstly I got a pear shaped ring and they told me that the cut grade was ‘very good’ when really that’s a lie. There is no such thing as cut grade for non round rings… so there’s that. They explained nothing to me like the grade of the diamond or the clarity. So I decided to go with Decoris Diamonds and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made very informative and I’ve learnt so much about diamonds I feel like I can sell them now too!
