Google Bad Review: I have had nothing but trouble with these people. I took over my brothers care because our mum moved to Devon. At the beginning of this time my brothers carer had just left enablement care and I longer wished to employ their services. I discussed this with both Harrow council and Adult social services and from that time we didn’t hear from them. This was the first few days in December 2021. Now sometime in January a woman knocked at my brothers door, saying that she was with enablement care, as my brother new that we had informed the council that we no longer required their services he told the lady that he didn’t know her nor was he expecting her and he didn’t want her in his home. Sometime after this the said lady called my mother to say that she couldn’t get hold of Darren. This led to a very frustrated phone call again stating that I didn’t want to be in contract with these people anymore, only to find out that apparently someone has been going into my brothers flat and preforming light housework and emotional support. Very strange considering that I have been with my brother through out the whole of December and further more I still do not have the necessary paperwork to prove that this contract is finished intern preventing me from employing somebody to care for my brother. Do I want care from someone that has left a vulnerable person at the most difficult time of year to fend for himself. Rhetorical question, I wouldn’t think that anybody would be under the impression I was actually searching for an answer. Well not for that question at least. So the nightmare continues. I have an appointment with them tomorrow so I will be sure to update you all as to how this develops. Thank you. Amanda Birch
