Google Bad Review: Extremely poor agency in my opinion not fit for purpose. The care manager showed no interest in my mums needs and wanted to dictate which carer attended even though the carer was not trained or experience in mums needs. On complaining about the care manager to the director of company , the care manger answered the complaint. She then gave the CCG notice to leave with only 5 days notice. I would not recommend this care agency to my worst enemy let alone a loved one. They prefer service users who have no relatives that monitor them and are a disgrace.
