Google Bad Review (2): I'm amending my previous review as since Tom left a few years ago service has deteriorated sharply. (I had previously had a great service from Tom for several mortages and then left a review at their request.)
This time Joanne was rude and overbearing during calls, explained things badly. After I shared our details and the requested forms, she took 13 days to respond with a mortgage illustration. When I subsequently mentioned that I'd been in touch with our provider directly to ask about rates, she made it clear she didn't want to continue with our application and almost hung up on me.
A waste of time.
