Google Bad Review: I am actually shocked that you have to pick a star rating!! I would not give them anything. I purchased a car from these people a year ago, I drove this car for 3 weeks before the problems started occurring. I called them and asked them if they could look at the car and fix whatever problems the car had, at this time they were helpful and asked that I came with the car and leave it with them for a couple of days for them to resolve the problems. WELL I called and they claimed that I put contaminated petrol in the car and how this has messed with the engine! They then said they would need to get the parts for the car and with COVID this would take longer than expected I was completely understanding and called them back a few days later, they said they had the parts but the garage was busy and could not fit them that week. Again I was understanding and let them do what they needed to. Long story short I called and called to be told all different stories and all different problems to which I then asked can I have a refund, they declined and said it was not possible to do this and the car would be ready ‘next week' I continued to call to find out they had blocked my number so I could not contact them further. A year later I eventually got given a new car. I have had this car again for 3 weeks they told me that the car was serviced and was in great condition this was and is a lie because the spark plugs were broken and the engine had an oil leak. I called them to tell Martin the problem with the car and got told that I should have kept up general maintenance and claimed that the reason there was no oil was because I drive short journeys. I am now done with this so called company and have reported them for misconduct. The customer service when purchasing the car was amazing better than I had seen before well I guess that was a cover up for how shocking and how unfairly I was treated. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
