Google Bad Review: Absolutely horrible company. Took them a year and a half just to get the brand new boiler system they supplied and fitted working. Even the manufacturer Viessmann has had enough of Element 5. Had the sixth leak today since the brand new system was installed for over 24K. The water leak was all over the Gas supply and meter. Company still did not care to come out!
