Google Good Review: Very good people. They were able to respond d to an emergency. They were easy to book. They sent a professional plumber who found were the leak was with no intrusive access, working with snake cameras, humidity tracker and other equipment. Definitely recommend.

Google Bad Review: Appalling. Avoid. Poor workmanship and poor aftersales treatment.
2 Engineers (one I suspect a trainee) attended for 3 hours and failed to find any leak and concluded that Thames Water should change my meter. When they left the meter was still pulsing. They also chipped my newly decorated hallway painting and dislodged my Wi-Fi antenna in the loft without mention.
After pushing back on Thames Water their engineer visited and found two leaks within20 mins, without any fancy equipment. Firstly an unused washing machine supply with a very modest drip but sufficient to trigger the Meter to pulse. He also isolated the main water tank in the loft and that also stopped the meter pulsing.
Leak Detection Company insist their pressure test is better than Thames Water inferring their test is misleading despite stopping the meter from pulsing. Staggering arrogance in the face of the facts.
