Google Bad Review 1: Do not come here unless you want to end up with a half finished tattoo and a quote which is £400 more then originally stated . I am disgusted at this place and maybe if ya didn’t go for a cigarette break every hour things would get done quicker

Google Bad Review (2): Was lured in by the very positive reviews but ended up wasting over three months of my time on infinite reschedules, no shows and a total lack of communication..
Booked in with Loti whom I have heard so many warm things about. My experience was very different however and in the end of the day it wasn't Loti's total ignorance in making designs representing the complete opposite of what I had asked for, but her early morning messages canceling our appointments for that same day, rescheduling after rescheduling and finally not answering altogether that finally led me to give up on her. Money spent, time wasted and work canceled all for nothing in the end..
I am sure Loti is a talented artist and kind person, but better stick to her pre-made designs to avoid embarking on the volatile journey I just had to venture. An explanation, the truth of not wanting/ or being capable to complete the design, or just a message apologising for the time wasted would have gone a long way.. the disappearing act is what's most disappointing with my experience with Loti :/
