Google Bad Review 1: Very rude and unprofessional estate agents. Called many times to arrange a viewing, and scheduled one for today. I arrived at the property on time and Olav didn’t show up for the viewing. I left after waiting for 10 minutes. After that, Olav reacted with a laugh at the viewing confirmation text. Sarcastic and disrespectful behaviour.
Response to the owner: I can find the exact email that the viewing was confirmed on Tuesday, 20 Oct 2020, 12:39.

Google Bad Review (2): Awful service from Olav throughout, made living at the property a nightmare. Just in case he wants to claim that I was also not a customer of the estate agents, I have attached a photo of my tenancy agreement
