Google Bad Review:  Defiantly fake review going on here, you really should have a look of other bad review. This is the real review. They will charge you 400 pounds for light cleaning, more than 1000 pounds in total includes damage was not done by you and can’t be locate in Check-In report. and won’t find solution for you to take your deposit back. They treat you like walking wallet, not client. And of course, they will always tell you it’s our fault , see it your self. Defiantly will not recommend. Bloody vampires to their landlords and to their tenants.

And I update.
After disputing with DPS we get our money back.
Took us literally months to go through this.
So advice is DONT GO WITH THEM

Google Bad Review (2):  This is seriously the worst estate agent I have the displeasure of dealing with as a tenant. They deploy all the nice and capable people to get you to rent the place and then they leave the unprofessional people to manage the flat. From the moment we walked into our apartment we were met with a hostile attitude, psychological abuse during covid and manipulations to get hold of all of our deposit. I am glad the arbitrator understood their games and awarded us all of our deposit back. Tenants AVOID AND BEWARE!!!!
