Google Bad Review 1: Mediocre photos and poor organisation of graduation.
The company oversold graduation tickets, where there was clearly a lack of appropriate seating. At £15 a ticket, I was not expecting my family to be sat behind a pillar, where they couldn’t see a thing.
Ede & Ravenscroft simply ignored my email containing photo evidence of my guests’ view (or lack of) – no amicable discussion, nor compensation. The photos were also dark and poor quality, compared to that of my previous undergraduate graduation.

Google Bad Review (2): Absolutely appaling company to deal with. My daughters university used these people for Gown Hire and also photography. The Gowns were ill fitting and poorly laundered, many people complaining about creases and lack of ironing. But my main complaint is about their photography – we have waited over 6 weeks now and still no photos have arrived, despite them hurrying you (with a deadline) to order them. Their customer service is amongst the worse I have ever come across, their phones always being busy or being diverted to a dead end. They are quick enough to take your money, but deliver a terrible service. If you can, steer clear.
