Google Bad Review 1: Do not use this company. The office staff will gas light vulnerable clients leaving them confused and in a crisis.
The good review are from office staff or judging from the surnames, their relatives, hence don’t reflect customer experience and can’t be trusted.
Be careful of the coordinator. She will be sweet at first, but won’t meet clients or make an effort to understand their needs. When a carer behaves unprofessionally, she will blame the client and try to make them believe they did something wrong, with little thought of how this emotional abuse will impact a vulnerable client.
If you don’t want your vulnerable relatives to be emotionally abused, avoid this company.

Google Bad Review (2): The majority of the hourly rate goes towards office costs (carers get less than half), but they don’t offer a professional service in return. The office staff are unprofessional and dishonest, when things go wrong and will do anything to avoid responsibility. They are very inflexible but expect clients to be flexible and work around their needs! Avoid at all costs. So many other agencies available for less too.
