Google Bad Review 1: Most of the staff had a language barrier as they were foreign
I could choose between coming to a certain place for meds or my bedroom (which I chose the latter)
I liked going out on the service bus but there is not enough vehicles in the house.
I got restrained a few times and due to that, a Dr said that If I refuse to go on Risperidone, then I will have to go to a hospital (and possibly be sectioned)
I wasn't always able to have a female go out with me.
I had a major incident and was sacked after 2 months
I was not able to go on the SU's group holiday to Butlin's as it was booked well before they knew I was coming
We could have 2 takeaways a week at any 2 days of our choice 🙂
There is not always a female carer on overnight

Whilst in Swansea, Carol and Rachel shopped till they dropped, got their nails done, went for lunch and did some sightseeing. The weather was lovely and the food was delicious. Carol now has lots of new clothes ready for her holiday next month!
