Google Bad Review: worst service I ever received at a practice. Have called up to 20 times from 8am on so many occasions only to be told as usual no appointments are available. They dont have a messaging or call back service. The receptionists provide a poor level of service and have lack of good customer service skills. They charge you to receive a copy of your own test results where other practices don’t. On advice from NHS to speak to my gp urgently when ambulances were delayed they wouldn’t even offer to put my call through to a doctor or arrange a call back. Disgusting service don’t know how they are still running this GP.
