Google Bad Review 1: Recently I got a tattoo at dharma tattoo, a very simple tattoo 3 letters and a tiny piece of Arabic and I got charged £140, I’m a first timer so I thought the price was ok until I spoke to my friends then I realised I’ve been robbed, the customer service was ok but taking advantage of a person who knows nothing was a very very foul move. I’m sorry but it was the worst experience ever!. End of story

Google Bad Review (2): Very poor customer service, wouldn't recommend. Took me two visits and a few emails to finally book my slot as they only accept cash deposits, no card payments available. The pricing wasn't clear, unable to give me a fixed price even though I had the designs ready. I was contacted a couple of days just before my appointment to change the time which wasn't handled in a very nice way, not impressed. I ended up being sick on the day of my appointment, had to take ibuprofen to control a migraine, which you shouldn't use prior to having a tattoo done (blood thinner). So, I had no other choice but to cancel / reschedule. I called as soon as the studio opened and was first told I could reschedule, only to be told that my £60 deposit as lost as they have a 48hr cancellation policy (which was never explained to me). I appreciate they need to run a business but not giving the chance to their customers to re-book when unable to attend for health reasons is really unfair. Pretty sad actually, day light robbery comes to mind. A little education would perhaps help that lot running a decent tattoo parlor where customers feel valued and looked after. Pity!
