Google Bad Review 1: The WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM EVER!!!!!! DO NOT LET THEM TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY!!!!!!
We have some maintenance issues at our flat and it takes them more than a month to solve the issues.
Sarah Dowling is the one who I contacted with all these times. She never reply to my emails, never follow up and never give us any updates until our landlord kept chasing them and sent an email to their manager.
Very poor service and will definitely avoid using Dexters for our next flat.
Maybe they're go at selling properties but definitely not managing them.

Google Bad Review (2): (Translated by Google) I had an appointment to see 3 properties on the same day! I went that day and saw only one saying that it was not possible to see the other two, one because it had already been rented and another because they had no keys! So we agreed for the next day to see 3 more! I went to the first house and found no one! I called the agency and they told me they were waiting for me at the other property and that I shouldn't see the one where I was waiting for them! I started to get a little angry and then the one from the agency told me if you wait where you are one of our colleagues will come there to show you the property! Give it 10 min! 18 passed … the colleague came .. The house was small but all in all he was very kind! Then I told him! Well! Let's go and see the other 2? And he: but today I can only show you this! For the other 2 I had a problem with the keys! .. I am very very angry I call the agency I get angry on the phone and they let me talk to the manager! He apologizes that dexters is one of the best agencies there is and he will personally take care of helping me find a flat! He asks me if I can come back again in the afternoon and obviously I say no. But if he had other houses to contact me! He certainly tells me I'll take care of it! All this on June 27, 2020! Today, July 1, 2020 I still have to hear from you … Headquarters to be avoided!

Avevo appuntamento per vedere 3 proprietà nello stesso giorno! Andai quel giorno e ne vidi soltanto una dicendo che non era possibile vedere le altre due una perché era stata affittata già e un altra perché non avevano le chiavi! Allora ci mettemmo d'accordo per il giorno dopo per vederne altre 3! Andai allabprima casa e non trovai nessuno! Chiamai all'agenzia e mi dissero che mi aspettavano all'altra proprietà e che non dovevo vedere quella in cui li aspettavo! Mi iniziai ad arrabbiare un po e quindi quella dell'agenzia mi disse se aspetti dove sei un nostro collega verrà li a farti vedere la proprietà! Dagli 10 min! Ne passarono 18…il collega venne.. La casa era piccola ma tutto sommato lui era molto gentile! Dopodiché gli dissi! Bene! Andiamo a vedere le altre 2?e lui:ma oggi posso mostrarti solo questa! Per le altre 2 ho avuto un problema con le chiavi!.. Io molto molto arrabbiato chiamo l'agenzia mi arrabbio a telefono e mi lasciano parlare col manager! Lui si scusa dicendo che la dexters e una delle miglior agenzie che ci siano e xhe lui si occuperà personalmente di aiutarmi a trovare un flat! Mi chiede se posso ritornare di nuovo nel pomeriggio e ovviamente gli dico di no.. Ma se avesse avuto altre case di contattarmi! Lui mi dice senz'altro me ne occupo io! Il tutto questo il 27 giugno 2020!oggi 1 luglio 2020 ancora devo avere sue notizie…. Sede categoricamente da evitare!
