Google Bad Review 1: Please please please avoid this clinic at all costs. The only thing this family run business are professionals at, is scamming people! All they are after is just your money and not interested in clients! Do not have etiquettes to deal with people at all.
After complaining to Rehana that I was not happy with the treatment. I was abused. I then said I will be taking this matter further to which she said she will offer me further treatment at reduced rates. We agreed to put everything behind us however as usual a professional scam artist like herself did not honour her word. I will be now reporting the company to trading standards and issuing proceedings against her and the company.
In all honestly I may be starting a petition against the corrupt family business. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Google Bad Review (2): Friendly people and clean rooms, however I received one of their “deals” for hyperhidrosis Botox. I was told on arrival that the deal I had been given should never have been agreed, but that they would honour it. I was told I would have 20 injections in each armpit but I doubt I have had more than 10 which have barely worked. I have had this treatment before and know how it feels and how the results should be after, and I do not feel I received the same from Dermis. It is not my fault that your staff incorrectly gave me the deal price, and I don't think I should have received reduced treatment because of this. No contact was made to me before I travelled up there for my visit, as maybe if I knew I wouldn't receive full service I would have requested my deposit back.
To comment on your response, review was never offered/suggested to me so of course I didn't attend!
